Meet our Leaders

Apostle Kirklin Cross Jr. is the senior pastor of Truth Church in Cleburne, Texas. He, along with his wife, Apostle Ikisha Cross, are dynamic leaders dedicated to equipping the body of Christ and mentoring those called to Christian Discipleship, Prophetic Ministry, Deliverance, and the Five-Fold Ministry. As an author, speaker, and spiritual mentor, he is committed to empowering believers with biblical truth and practical wisdom.
Apostle Kirklin Cross Jr. has a powerful testimony of transformation, having been delivered from a life immersed in street culture to becoming a minister of the Gospel. His journey allows him to connect deeply with both the lost and those living a Christian lifestyle. Known for his authenticity, passion, humility, and transparent approach to leadership, Apostle Kirklin guides others toward a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ.
Apostle Ikisha Cross is a devoted wife and mother, committed to seeing God's people walk in freedom and fulfill their divine purpose. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Science in Business from Tarleton State University, a Bachelor of Ministry from Andersonville Theological Seminary, and is currently pursuing a Master's degree at Grand Canyon University. An accomplished author, entrepreneur, intercessor, and deliverance minister, Apostle Ikisha also founded Deborah's Roar, a women's empowerment ministry and conference at Truth Church, dedicated to equipping women to walk in their God-given purpose.
Together, Apostles Kirklin and Ikisha Cross lead with a heart for real, transparent ministry, passionately guiding believers towards spiritual growth and deeper relationships with Jesus Christ. They are blessed with four beautiful children, embodying the strength and unity of their family and ministry.

About Us

Our Beliefs:
WE BELIEVE the scripture of the Old and New Testament to be the inspired Word of God. (II Timothy 3:16, II Peter 1:21)

WE BELIEVE in the Trinity the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. (Matthew 3:16-17)

WE BELIEVE that man is created in the image of God. (Romans 5:12, Romans 3:23)

WE BELIEVE that salvation is made possible through the work of Jesus Christ on the cross. (John 3:16, Ephesians 2:8-9)

WE BELIEVE that the church is the body Jesus Christ, Jesus Himself being the head. (Colossians 1:18, Ephesians 2:19-22)

WE BELIEVE that God calls both men and women to serve in the Five Fold Ministry offices. (Ephesians 4:8-13)

WE BELIEVE in the 2 ordinances of the church; baptism and communion. (Acts 2:41-42)

WE BELIEVE in the baptism and gifts of the Holy Spirit. (Jn. 14:16-17, Acts 1:8, Acts 2:4)( 1 Corinthians 12:1-11)

WE BELIEVE that sanctification is a definite yet progressive work of grace in the life of a believer. (II Cor. 3:18, II Peter 3:18, I Thessalonians 5:23,
Hebrews 12:14)

WE BELIEVE that holiness is God’s mandate. (1Peter 1:15-16)

WE BELIEVE that the sanctity of marriage is the joining together of one man and one woman. (Genesis 2:24; Romans 7:2-3; 1 Corinthians 7:10-11; Ephesians 5:22-33).

WE BELIEVE in holistic healing and deliverance by the Power of God. (Acts 4:30; Romans 8:11; 1 Corinthians 12:9; James 5:1 ).

WE BELIEVE in the Tithe (the first ten percent of our income) that belongs to the Lord, oﬀerings that are given willingly, and alms that are given to the poor. (Deuteronomy 8:18; 2 Corinthians 8:9; 9:6-15).

WE BELIEVE in the second coming of Jesus Christ the resurrection of the saints the judgment of the wicked. (1 Corinthians 15:51-52) (Hebrews 6:1-2) (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17).

We believe in being an intentional church. Jesus Christ’s life is our model for doing ministry. Through out His life He empowered and activated people through sound teaching and works. He spent time discipling men for spiritual maturity. Then commissioned them to serve people as an expression of God's love. It’s our desire to not only be hearers; but doers of the word also. believers. Activate. Serve.
